Refund Policy

1. Returns Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
2. How to Start a Return
Email hello@nicestpeople.earth with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return address.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This is the fastest way to get you what you want.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
